Welcome to FansMetric. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By using FansMetric, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FansMetric (‘the Service’), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FansMetric provides analytics, automation, and management tools for OnlyFans agencies and creators. The Service includes real-time KPI tracking, secure access management with anti-detect technology, and smart automations to boost engagement and revenue.
3. User Registration and Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
FansMetric offers two subscription plans: Standard Plan at $39/month and Pro Plan at $60/month per OnlyFans account linked. Both plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws and OnlyFans’ Terms of Service.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FansMetric and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written permission.
7. Data Privacy and Security
We take your privacy seriously. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including anti-detect technology to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including OnlyFans, that are not owned or controlled by FansMetric. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or servic/es.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FansMetric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FansMetric does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
